1. Digital Products (Final Sale)
All digital products (including ebooks, audiobooks, and downloadable materials) are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of digital content, once access has been granted or a file has been downloaded, the sale is considered final.
If you experience any technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will ensure you receive your product.
2. Physical Products (Print-on-Demand)
All physical products are made to order and fulfilled via trusted partners such as Lulu Direct.
We offer replacements or refunds only in the following cases:
- Item arrives damaged or defective
- Item received is incorrect
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 14 days of delivery
- You must provide clear photo evidence of the issue
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect selection (e.g., format, product type)
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
3. Order Issues & Resolution
If there is a problem with your order, we will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible, including offering a replacement where appropriate.
